It's a private purchase KS98 "parade bayonet. Made most likely in the pre-WW2 Third Reich era, the round Robt. Klaas logo is earlier version. As for the badge on the grip, most likely added by a later owner. Other will be able to identify it, but often these types of grip badge have been been added post WW2.

As already mentioned a dress KS98, from head of rivets in grip, i believe the grips were dismounted and a aditional coin or emblem was added, this is not typical Wehrmacht eagle, more real a civic 3R emblem, and the grips were riveted to handle then.
