From the pommel shape and the 3 rivets configuration i would say is a KS98 WW1 period piece, when the sawback is real there, the scabbard is most real combat S84/98 piece in a dress frog?
I agree with Andy. Looks like a nice Imperial sawback with combat scabbard and dress frog. It is hard to tell from the pictures, but as long as the teeth look clean cut (machine made) and uniform, I would say you're all right.

Nice original Imperial era three rivet handle as stated unmarked KS98 original ok one. The rest my forum partners have already replied too. I like the red felt in the slot usually that is long gone. timothy
