web frog-reproduction?

hello friends,can you give me an opinion on this web frog?imo it shows few features that are not intact with the original specimens that i know ,first one is the measure of bottom part of frog it seems too small,the strap dont have the wider material in area of rivet and third one is the rivet itself.im asking because it can be just the original variant that i dont recognize.or is it just a simliar frog to german but belonging to other army??
