Get's a bit confusing.
If Tombak, it looks like a 1.1.8, 1.19 or 1.1.10 to me. But I can't clearly see the portholes well enough.

It is an original tombak Schwerin.
We can see the remains of the block hinge.
Schwerin zincers featured a barrel hinge and a circular catch plate.
