It appears to be the "dress" or parade version, but could be a Prussian model 1860. It does have a regiment and accountability number so not private purchase.
Combat bayonets are generally more valuable than parade versions, but the price asked seems reasonable.

Thanks for answering. So it could be an 1860 model. I've only looked around for 1871.
Any Idea on why it does not feature the hole in the hand guard for the barrel mounting ? That is the detail that made me unconfortable.

A dress or "walking out" bayonet is never intended to be fitted to a rifle. It is always worn only on a belt, so mortice slot and catch are not needed. It is an authentic piece.
