My opinion: post war uniform with TR era insignia. Shape of the collar is what really kills it for me. I don't like the placement of the "tailor" label either. Most WWII-made private purchase tunics will have the tailor label sewn on the inside of the breast, usually below or inside of the interior pocket.

In my collecting experience, the position of the tailor's label here speaks neither for nor against period originality. I have plenty of original private purchase tunics with the label positioned behind the wearer's neck (back of the collar), as well as plenty with it on the lining in the breast area.
However, this particular tunic appears to be an early Bundesluftwaffe of the late 1950's that someone has played with.
