A very nice looking and interesting bottle / flask. It's well hallmarked so I'm sure someone will recognize the markings. My guess would be civilian not military related, perhaps British. Good luck

It looks like it was made for the civilian market, maybe used while hunting and would probably have been used to drink alcohol from.
