I recently gained this Estonian SS collar tab into possession, as well as a shoulder board (if they belonged to the same uniform is to me unknown, but their slight variations in color suggest otherwise, but I won't exclude the possibility). And am now trying to figure out their authenticity. I've got very limited experience in the area, thus I'm hoping to come across an expert here. Of what I can make out so far, concerning the collar tab, there seem to be as many variations of the emblem as there are photos of it. The symbol itself appears to be made out of aluminum, judging by the weight, but of course I can't guarantee anything.
