Selection of Awards and Decorations – Opinions

Hello all!

I hope you're all well.

I have a small selection of Third Reich awards and decorations here and I would appreciate opinions on them regarding authenticity.

My knowledge in this area is currently limited, but I am learning and this forum is helping in this process. All photos are shown below, but for what it is worth I will list out my thoughts as well as the names of the twelve awards and decorations under discussion.

I think some of these are fairly obvious copies. I won't even call these ones fakes as in my opinion a fake is something which is made to replicate its original counterpart with intent to fool. Others aren't as clear to me, however.

I have done my best to name each award and decoration correctly, but please feel free to correct me if you believe I have made any errors. Suggestions as to how I word things will also be well taken.

I appreciate any time and knowledge given forth.

Please know that I took all of these photos the correct way up, but they seem to have rotated to the left during upload!

Hello Duncan.

Please start a new thread for each of the awards using the correct German terminology for them. Posting each in their own separate thread helps avoid confusion during the discussion, plus members are more likely to help.

If you are using a mobile, smart phone or tablet to take your photos, always take them in landscape mode and they will be orientated correctly when you upload them.
