The tunic itself looks all original to me but are the eagle and gebirgsjäger patch period applied (and original)? I'm not really an expert in tunics.

The tunic itself is ok but i highly doubt that the Edelweiss was period applied, first because of the way it's sewn, secondly because there was no white Waffenfarbe within Gebirgstruppen. The Infanterie of the Gebirgstruppe (Gebirgsjäger) had light green Waffenfarbe, not white. The Edelweiss sewn here is the embroidered variant for private purchased tunic or Mantel, a reissued dutch tunic should bear a BeVo variant.
