29 Pz. Aufkl Abt soldbuch group
Hi people, i picked this up. Erich Linck (spelled Link on a couple of docs), was there from the start Poland, France, Baltic states up to Leningrad & Italy. He won the KVK2 w/s, Ost medal & KBA (Drivers badge) in bronze. There's a very nice unit specific variant doc for the KBA. It was awarded by the Pz Aufkl Abt 129, an armoured recon unit. Soldbuch pic shows him in a tropical uniform. Stewy

Another very nice one Stewy , PAA 129 was a component part of the 29 Panzer Gren Div , formally the 29 ID (Mot ) one of the Divisions i am very interested in and collect docs to !
They were destroyed in stalingrad , reformed in France and then sent to Italy for the remainder of the war !

The signature on the KBA is Major Peter Ziegler , DKiG Awarded on September 26th, 1944 !
