Brother of Helmut Kämpfe?

Hello,
Would there be a way to find out if this individual here was the brother of Helmut Kämpfe (31 July 1909 – 10 June 1944)?
Same place of birth, close to the year of birth...or am I just reaching out here?

Hi there.

I have searched Ancestry and can't find anything unfortunately. I agree, there is a strong possibility these two men are related with the name, dates and place of birth. To me they even look a little similar.
