No sorry this is a fake document I unwittingly purchased. Is he the person you are trying to find information on? He was a RK recipient but I have no idea of the true whereabouts of the authentic item.

Sorry brother like I said this is a fake document. There would of at one point been a real version of this of course, but as I said I have no idea of it's existence and or whereabouts. I only wish it were. I think we have a language barrier here. But I wish you the best in your search.
