Thought shall be the harder , heart the keener,
Courage the greater as our strength faileth.
Here lies our leader ,in the dust of his greatness.
Who leaves him now , be damned forever.
We who are old now shall not leave this Battle,
But lie at his feet , in the dust with our leader
House Carles at the Battle of Hastings
Thought i'd bump this in the hope that others have some Stalingrad documents to show

I used to have quite a few Stalingrad related SB/WP but I've sold or traded most of them. One I do still have is this Soldbuch and paperwork for a soldier of Pz.Jäger-Abt 305 of 305.Infanterie-Division. He joined the Heer before the war and won the EK I during the push across the Steppe towards Stalingrad and was wounded during the fighting for the Barrikady Factory in November 1942. By the time the Russians launched their counter-offensive he was in the lazarett in Kharkov. He would go on to fight in 2.(StuG)/Pz.Jäg.Abt 50 before being captured.
Thanks for posting Kevin , Werner Rudolph was initially involved in the fighting North of the Tsaritsa gorge which pushed the Russians back to the Volga riverbank . His Division was then moved North to the area west of the Barrikady Factory and he was killed as they pushed east towards the factory from the workers settlement .

75 years ago today the last two airstrips capable of handling medium-large aircraft inside the Stalingrad Pocket (Gumrak & Stalingradski) were captured by the Russians so from this point on all supplies had to dropped and no more evacuations of the wounded could take place.
And in line with that here are a couple of pages from a WP and a Flugbuch for a pilot who flew Ju-52 transporters with KG zbV 102 during the Stalingrad airlift. It looks like he flew supplies to and between the main resupply airstrips outside the pocket keeping them stocked up for the onward flights to the pocket - notice the entries for Salsk and Swerowo.
Anyone else got any Stalingrad related documents ?

Most definitely. Stalingrad is an area of concentration for me.
