Looking for feedback on the attached buckle which is either an original in mint condition ( I have my fingers crossed ) or is it modern- so your comments please.

I have compared closely with earlier posts and to be perfectly honest I really struggle to see any differences from the 822 Aluminium copies posted against the real ones.

    What are your thoughts ?

    Many thanks

Thanks Ben, thats really good to hear. I had downloaded numerous pictures of originals from this site onto my phone when I went to buy this buckle to try and make certain I wasnt buying a copy.
I thought the prongs looked very much like others and also the flat shape to the top pin head. What points makes you think its original ? Kindest regards Michael

Thanks guys, I appreciate the feedback. Judging by its condition I think this buckle has been in a storage box since 1938 with only a few very light scratches.
    Many thanks Michael
