Two pieces painted aluminium SS bucke by Dr. Franke & Co. ?
This is a giant red flag to me.

I think it's trying to be a "ground dug" nickle plated zinc buckle? There seems to be a small trace of plating on the catch. But I'm with Alex it s suspect at best. I don't think franke and co. made SS buckles and the complete lack of ears on the box doesn't look or seem durable enough to hold up JMO. Best regards.

That bright green verdigris seems to appear on all of the Polish-made fantasy pieces that crop up on the market. Presumably an after effect of whatever artificial ageing process they use to make their crap look more convincing.
