Could anyone confirm thoughts on this one?
Is it Police/SS and does it have any issues
Thanks all,
Matt

This, to me, appears to be an nice original Waffen SS (green backing) Belt and Buckle.

It seems a pity, but I do not think I can write more. R. SCOTT.

Thanks Ned, It's good to have someone with your knowledge agree.

Hi Ned,
Thanks for you input.
The leather tongue doesnt have a size stamped on it that I can see front or back. is this an issue? could it have been added to belt?
Would these normally be sewn to the gabardine backing
Rgds,
Matt
Matt, Not having the size stamped into the tongue to me is not an issue, I actually haven't seen one with the size sown to the backing.
Regards, Grant.
Thanks Grant,
Is the whole tongue normally stitched or glued to the belt as Im not sure. there are two rows of what look like stitching but I dont want to
pull too hard and damage it trying to find out.
Cheers,
Matt
Matt, It should be stitched, please dont pull or pick at what I believe to be a perfectly original example.
Matt, Sorry for not explaining more precisely, if a sizing is stamped on the tongue it is normally found on the opposite end to the stitching
Buckle is fine, dont know about the belt.
Ben
