Why would he "want more" of them? To foist off on the stupid and naive as genuine?? Look at the catch on it-could it even be actually worn on a real belt? Doubt it....

Hi Andreas. I am familiar with this, but is it a law that is actually enforced? Of course if you are walking down the street with a nazi flag I would expect a cop to stop you but do you think they would do the same thing for this buckle if they noticed it? Secondly, I know that they teach children about the nazi era in schools but do you think the average German would recognize what this is suppose to represent? Thanks in advance.
Yes, it's a safe bet it would be enforced. This matter is not taken lightly.
In fact, there is a current draft proposal to make the respective sections of the German criminal code even more rigid than they already are. If it passes, it would be illegal for militaria dealers to publicly offer Third Reich artifacts even if they cover up the Swastikas and other Nazi symbols (which is currently the common practice).
Not that it matters in this specific case: The public wearing/use of Nazi symbols has always been punishable by law in the FRG, and anybody walking down the street with an SS Death's Head anywhere on his garb can fully expect to make the acquaintance of a public prosecutor.

My complete text and images were deleted, as I do not want
to be misunderstood!
I have no political intentions and above all not right winged.
I am very opposed to this and I avoid contact with collectors,
having wrong thoughts. My shown image was not appropriate,
sorry!
How could I work at a school for over ten years (until I got
my pension) and assisting students from all over the world
(on a yearly base about 40 different countries).

Thank you again for the explanation sorry if I sounded rude.

No problem. It is good to hear, as my English sometimes may
sound "wrong and bad English". I am not into politics. Never
was and I am one of those that never would elect for "Blondie"
Wilders.
I do not like the right winged attitute of much collectors and
that was the reason I most often backed off, when finding out
their political thoughts (as I said goodbye to the Canadian guy).
Due to such creepy persons I had house-searches, as it was
thought when one collects TR items one must be also a right-
winged thinking individual. No way!
I can really relate to this statement. I am a white male born and raised in South Carolina to a military family who collects TR items. Most people would assume that I have far right thoughts, which is the exact opposite. I study and collect these items to learn how it happened and what to watch out for in the current times. I find myself biting my tongue a lot when I go to buy some of these items and the seller starts making racist comments -assuming that I agree because of how I look.
This hobby does have more then it's fair share of idiots, unfortunately.
I've also come across many who with time reveal their true colours and or ignorance.
And when I see something I question, I'll confront it. Thank you again for your explanation.
