I can say that it should be posted in the SS Dienstdolch section, not the SA.

Thank you

Hi Norviking. Sorry for the bad news...
This SS dagger is junk. First of all, there is not any RZM blade with Himmler or Röhm signature.
-
The dagger is at best a parts piece with a reproduction blade or at worst, a complete reproduction. Whatever it is, you should avoid it at all costs.

Thanks for answer Finngaill
Its not bad news as i smell it was something wrong
Just wanted to be sure
Better safe than sorry and you confirmed what i assumed
Thanks to you too Billy G
Thanx again

Agreeing with the others, the dagger is a total piece of postwar junk. Not walking - I would be running away!! Best Regards, Fred

All Bad is the most defining of this uneducated assembly of this piece of junk.
Himmler daggers were produced in 1934 soley by Carl Eickhorn and ( Never ) were produced into the RZM period.
Another ( Never ) is the SA Rzm contract code which belongs to EF Horster Co. who did not make SS daggers early or late period daggers.
The Grip and crossguards also ( Never ) resembled an Eickhorn Himmler dagger.
A point of reference which are pinned at the top of this forum and right above ones nose is an excellent starting point of reference that one can further study in the many SS Himmler dagger threads that also can be found through the forums search engine at the upper right hand corner of any page within this website.
Himmler Inscription SS Dienst Dolch...a Stunning Mint Example.
Yes its bad.
We have seen many star struck fools on ebay and on some auction house websites throw thousands of their hard earned money away because they were too lazy to study and just saw a black colored dagger with a swastika. Glad you were not one of them because you asked questions first .
Yet somewhere in time ..someone will buy it.
Regards Larry
