Hi Marg ...you also forgot to remove the red dots so as to view the grip eagle and runes button.
No need to hide the swastika here as seen on Facebook. We study full history here Please repost photos full figure of the grip.

Your dagger has the SS contract number belonging to Ernst Pack which the whole dagger appears to be good but Im cautious of the grip ( although its an early period grip ) .....itself that may or may not belong to this dagger. Im leaning on not.
One of the upper scabbard screws is a replacement looking newer and flatter.

What is the asking price ?

The entire dagger is bogus, and post war. And very obvious at that, with just the limited photos.

I differ JR and compared with other reputable dealers that have sold this type of dagger...the blade is good..unless you can point out why its not ? Please tell us

If the motto was any further south on the blade................... it would be in Juarez Mexico

The scabbard it a typical 70's repop

All fittings would be plated at this time in production

    The grip is atrocious

I see consistency in detail on the crossguards and blade on other examples studied.
It would be pretty impressive that a supposed Mexican made dagger could have such exact details common with other Sold examples.

How about this ....we wait for the OP to post better photos and will ask him ..to post close up pics of the blade motto and RZM number.
    Sound good ?
