The dagger is a fine RZM example. Made by WKC, Solingen in 1938.

Is there crossgrain still visible on the blade?

Best to wipe of the oil that's on the blade.
Also turn the blade. It's placed the wrong way in the scabbard in the first picture.

I have a 1053/39 with the wrong distance and that's exactly the first think I wanted to see in this one....

Yes it looks ok! Here is another good evidence for authenticity, which is very common on these 1053 blades!
Note the acid etch strains in the lettering. So its similar to mine shown below.
These blades has almost a '' dual''
marked tang.
