SS Dagger With original owners I.D.

I brought this S.S. dagger about 18 months ago and it was discussed here ; https://www.warrelics.eu/forum/dagge...-please-13697/
After purchase I got in touch with Ross Kelbaugh of Research Service for the Identification of Schutzstaffel Numbers - Home who researched the engraved number of 52764 and found the dagger to have belonged to SS Scharfuhrer Wilhelm Siebel who served in the S.D. From 1935 onwards. Ross provided a documentation pack with photos and about 60 pages of info about him and his wife to be. Attached is a photo of him wearing the dagger, according to Ross it this is extremely rare.

The documents only have him as serving in the S.D. in Abschnitte Kassel from 1935 onwards with no further details , do you know of any way to trace German ex servicemen ?

You can do a search to see if he was KIA.
