Opinions on ss helmet

This is my friends helmet, i'm thinking about buying it from him but i need your expert opinoins, please help.

The helmet has a fake acceptance stamp, and both decals are post war reproductions. The personalization of the helmet appears to be added and the paint does not ring true either, note the aging and what appears to be unnatural wear. At the risk of giving your friend some bad news, you should not invest money into this helmet. Maybe your friend can get a refund.
