Reverse ss decal's for einsatzgruppen?

Hi, guys. This is my second thread, and I just wanted to say that it's great to be part of a fantastic group of collectors and historians. Anyways, I have a good question regarding early SS helmets. It seems that in my own discovery, I have seen/read that the einsatzgruppen in the early days of anti partisan duty, wore reverse SS decal helmets? Im sure not every single one of those guys wore a reverse decal helmet, but my main question is, were these reverse decal helmets mainly issued to SD units working anti partisan duty? With SD you mean Sicherheitsdienst ?
These wore medium duty Edelstahl helmets with 2 decals not reversed.

You can see an example on my page ,also of reveresed decalled ones which are usually attributed to foreign volunteers.
