The chin strap bales are bad (thus the liner band) as well as the liner (look at the double stitching)
Shell is real but paint is not.

Not worth a second look. The runes, whether painted or a decal, are not the expected "Q" factory specific runes, plus all of the other red flags already pointed out.
As the others have already stated it’s a bad one, the liner is out of a Czech m53 helmet and the paint/decal is no good.
