Deschler 254/42 TK & Wagner 475/39 Eagle

I was very fortunate to locate this rare SS cap set in cupal. The 254/42 skull is one that I have been after for a very long time. The crisp detail on the skull is amazing. Unfortunately it's missing one prong but I'm very happy to add it to my collection. It came paired up with a Ferdinand Wagner 475/39 eagle also missing one prong. I've seen many of these in zinc but not cupal. The finish on these two badges match perfectly.

Congrats Aldo, I like it a lot. The small contract that was put out for this skull makes it beyond rare.. and the matching eagle makes this set even better. This one and the D.&S.M. are my favorite Deschler pieces out there!

Thanks Marten ! I never thought I'd find one, especially in today's inflated market. An SS contract for a cupal skull this late in the war makes this very rare indeed. Now I'm fortunate enough to have two very rare skulls in my collection.
