Is this SS cap eagle any good?

spotted this SS cap eagle mounted on wood.
Is it any good at all, or just rubbish?

Not an ss cap eagle , you have what is called an SS photo album eagle.
I have not seen evidence or solid evidence that authenticates these as good but I have not seen the opposite or bad , I can only tell you how it is identified but not if it is good or bad.
maybe someone can bring weight to one side or the other.

Like Another ant, I cannot comment on its authenticity, you dont see a lot of these. Here is a pic of another photo album eagle for comparison.
