Never seen one of these with RZM tags.
Doesn't D stand for service dress ?
These were issue from Feb 1943 .

Total junk. As stated earlier, these should not have RZM tags.

That top tag is one of the first generation type fakes that started popping up in the 70's from what I recall.
The number at the bottom should have 6 digits, never less. The large letter in the upper left you can use as a indicator of the item. An A is a simple item like a bevo eagle a bullion officer eagle might have a H or F tag a brocade SS officers belt is a M or L tag. Fakes may have a proper tag but a improper tag my signal something is wrong.
