    These pin badges run at around $450 give or take depending on condition.

    Thanks Ned, I have seen other pins on this site in better condition, so if I put it in the auction at $350, is that fair of me? As always your advice is much appreciated.

    Hi Harry, no sorry not Assmann. The "A" is the serial number prefix. SS-FM pins were only made by the firm of Deschler of Munich.
