Has anyone seen this cap insignia before?

Hi all,

Has anyone ever seen this cap insignia before? It's an early model SS cap eagle surrounded by a wreath of some sort, perhaps used for parade purposes only.

From the collar shown, it looks like Marine-SA , 2nd Marinsturm 22 Marine-Sa Regiment.
Not SS related .
