Hello Gentlemen,

Via the magic of the wire comes these words of David Delich for you all....
"....Here is my evaluation: (...from photos only, not an in-hand
inspection)
The Standartenfuhrer tab is, in my opinion, authentic.
The Oberfuhrer tab is, in my opinion, substandard in
manufacture, and not an original. The embroidery leaves
much to be desired with much less than acceptable spacing
between aluminum strands. Lastly, the short stem binder
is much too long.
The Obergruppenfuhrer pair appear to be authentic,
but mismatched. The oak leaves on one tab are noticibly
narrower than on the other. Also the spacing between the
branches is off. Lastly, the arrangement of the acorns
on both tabs is not commensurate.
The Gruppenfuhrer tabs are, again, representative of two
original singles, as the Oberg. pair above. And, again, the
leaves on both are not of the same width. Note also on the
tab on the viewer's right, the arrangement of acorns and
stems is positioned much more distant from where the
leaves begin to branch out.
Hope this helps...."
Thanks to David Delich and thanks to the miracles of the age. In another time, you would be out of luck...
All hail David Delich. And all hail our leaders who make his role here possible.....
Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge and Opinion !
I was a bit confused to see them because I've liked them all, but these can be very tricky so I prefered to stay quite.
