Metal eagle cap insignia, real or fake?

Hello everyone. I found thing rummaging around at an estate sale. I personally can not authenticate it. No marks, just two prongs with one missing. It also is a dark blueish color. What do you gents think?

I'm certainly no expert, but it looks like a good Heer cap eagle to me.

You are correct this is a Heer cap eagle and with 1 pin missing it has only a small nominal value.
