Nederland 4th Pattern Bevo Cuff Title

Good Evening
I've seen a 4th Pattern "Nederland" Bevo Cuff Title for sale. The cuff title looks to be a legit Bevo variation but its described as tunic removed.
I cant find any period photo's of any of the 4th Pattern Cuff Titles being worn. I have attached a stock photo of the 4th Pattern Title (not the one being sold). Can anyone advise if this variation was actually worn during the later stages of WW2?

Its certainly an original title. I have a Das Reich cufftitle from the same manufacturer that was supposedly found near a Waffen SS training facility near Prague. Im sure this variation was worn but its such a scarce variant it would be hard to prove.
