Original Kragenspiegel or fakes?

Hi guys,
I found these Kragenspiegel of a Sturmführer of the 27th SS (Flemish volunteers). I bought them a couple years ago at a militaria event in Ciney (Belgium) for a small price. I was wondering if they could be originals. There is a stamp on each one on the backside as well as the number 2340. The letters in the stamp are very hard to read and they almost seem cyrillic, but this is only a wild guess. Let me know what you think:
