The number 5 in this case looks like it is silver aluminium threads which means it would be for SS Standarte 5 - Lunenburg.

Agree, it's an After 1938, Allg SS 5th Sturm CT, but... what has it to do on a WSS tunic sleeve...
Here is a typical 5 Sturm band and the borders and numbers don't stand out like the ones with aluminium thread.

Ian in my opinion like many studio photos the cuff is an addition of the photographer as an embellishment..would explain why a waffen man is wearing an allgemeine cuff.Alot of times men borrowed a cuff for photos from a friend who had one or one of the many strange styles that aren't typical that a photographer has on hand..The man also could have been newly recruited into combat and chose to wear the cuff of his old allgemeine unit.Studio pics are full of this sorta thing.
