The RZM tag is suspect. It's so beat up that it doesn't look like it goes with the armband, which looks pristine. I'm no expert in SS items, so I'm going on instinct.
The upper and lower black borders seem correct... As to the tag, here are different examples that I own.. G

The tag does look a little beat up. But, the armband does appear as though it may have been worn since it's sewn together. Seems like different conditions and usage might have caused the tag to rub, get wrinkled, and get worn down. Then again, is that glue residue around it in the second picture? Tag loose at some point and glued back on, or a replacement? I'm sure one of the before mentioned folks will know.
These images are imperfect, but I think it is real, in fact.
The subject of the thread looks original to me. The tag seems in an appropriate condition from what I see.
I agree with my colleagues that the armband and the RZM label are period original.
