The part that fits into the wooden shaft looks old with a plated finish to it, but the SS runes part looks like something knocked together by a blacksmith!..Not an expert by any means though!...
Unless you can find a period foto of this actually in use you'll never know if it's of the period or not. Good luck in your quest!
A total fantasy design never used by the SS. Made to decieve a new collector.

I've seen this design with a Swastika inside the tear drop(and even Those I'm suspicious about...), but never SS Runes! As said above, total fantasy rubbish.
