He also has the kepi ex the Pepera collection sold via Hermann Historica, which he obviously secured.
How it appeared in Pepera's collection some time ago.

Many years ago..I have read..that the first SS cap was a black ski cap...before the more produced Kepi style. Correct me if Im wrong. Regards Larry

The Ulrich of England recent picture book includes what purports to be the first ca. 1925 black SS ski cap and or kepi forerunner.
