SS "Dachau" sleeve eagle: Genuine or fake?

does this Dachau style SS arm eagle stand any chance? To my untrained eye it looks OK but I would prefer an expert's opinion.

There are many variations of sleeve eagles as well as many made in occupied nations. This is not a Dachau piece IMO.
