Need more and better photos - where the sleve eagle was of what looks like the location of a sleve ribbon, usv.
Any markings on the inside?

Would not be for me, as the tunic has a 6 button front and would mean that it was made as a Heer (Army) tunic - as opposed to the SS, which had a 5 button closure only.
However, I would not like to comment further, without additional photos.
