I want to ask about this collar tab, does it have chance to be original... In my opinion is good one, but want to be sure.
If its not, where I can buy one collar tab with sig runnes ?

You should open a new thread and post your question and photos in there. That way the forum stays clean and we will be able to find evey thread via the search engine. And it's not so hard to find dealers online. I myself am looking the classified section on this forum and on the WAF e-stand.
