I like the look of the beVo SS tab, correct construction and backing etc.
Not sure on the totenkopf tab, I think it might be bad, but please wait for more opinions.
Here is the back of my beVo tab, the top one is an officers beVo tab.
I agree. The TK tab MIGHT be a "Delta" fake, which is characterized by the cut lines on the reverse being closer to the edge than is found on originals. But wait for more opinions!
I agree with Arran as regards the Totenschaedel badge. I think it is fake.
My original pumpkin head TK tab has been posted here for you to compare.

Searching for anything relating to, Anton Boos, 934 Stamm. Kp. Pz. Erz. Abt. 7, 3 Kompanie, Panzer-Regiment 2, 16th Panzer-Division (My father)
It looks exactly like the example you show Ralph, it might be a good one.
Thanks for sharing.
Always good to get many opinions! I agree there are some striking similarities. These wartime machine-embroidered tabs are not something I've ever collected, and are a study unto themselves. I'm told the current copies are deadly!
Here is an older fake pumpkin head, I believe it was a Delta made one.
My response to all issues of this kind is the Bando Beaver book with the many examples of insignia.
I do not collect loose insignia.
