102 - 44 - 45 stencil marks to slopy
It is a Latvian made fake. The weave of the cloth used in these is very distinctive. Note the rather blue looking lining too, which is another feature of these fakes.

All aluminium buttons are relic ones and big possibility that were dug out in Kurland , so may be it is only original part of tunic.
I will post my Latvian SS tunic some time, I want to know may be it is also fake.
