I have seen these pips before on original pieces. These are one piece stamped with the attachment tabs on the sides.

Here is an example of a pair of Oberstürmführer shoulder straps with the same type of tabbed pips.

I believe these to be KZ straps with pips that have luminous paint on them so the wearer could be seen during night guard duty. Don't know this for sure ... just a theory.

The material and the thread etc looks good and 3 Reich period, but the runes template is a bit strange to me, at least not a example what I would have in my collection, but I would say - original

those prongs attached on the sides..are late war manufacture
Here an example of a NSDAP eagle with the same type of prongs.
The late war Assmann skull has also 3 of them...intresting isn't
