SS para smocks?

Recently came across this photo on someones blog. Quite possibly a re- enactor shot. What do you think?

Interesting, I have never seen this image before..

They seem to be wearing some kind of modified smocks/jackets, but they are definitely not jump smocks.

Hi, I have also been puzzled by this photo. They both are wearing Italian camo pants and on the upper added pocket flaps. They look like smocks to me not para. it looks like a nice blurred edge helmet cover on the left. Best, Bill

SS jump smocks didn’t have foliage loops as seen on the above.
I’d say altered regular smocks, no Para connection.
