They look so far ok to me. So far I have never seen one where the label was sewn on like on the top board, but that does not mean much for my view.

are the boards with metal grommets fore the tuxedo ?

The shoulder boards, with metal grommets, were used with screw down buttons. They held position better and it was simple to add the cross-strap without having to disconnect the clips, on the cross-strap.
