I like the cap and the insignia are for sure authentic.

At first glance it looked good to me also Sid.

I will say no. Willi never made such a hats. Also I do not like construction, which is missed one central fake piping and at least closed seam is not as always. The cloth used for this hat is a early sea green pre M 40 wool, which is smoothly than seen on a M 40 hats. Insignia are OK. The wool wear on the reverse side flap seems used.
