Hello, i've got an offer for this cap but it looks heavily suspicious to me after comparing it to known originals. Could someone please tell me if my
suspicion is right?

As John said, a fake eagle and skull.
They do not match any known originals. You can compare with originals previously posted in this section, read some of the many past threads.

Well at least this maker made SS caps during the wartime but this is not a period made example from Otto Schlientz.
