Bad uniform odd stamps are also never a good sign.
Probably scratch the paint if you tried to polish the car with it ....... good for lining a dog Kennel though!

Good for re-enacting - if it's reasonably priced. Chinese made
copies go for around $60 to $80 when new.
Seeing it's at an Antique shop, it is likely priced
too high.........

I guess the material could be used to age a winter camo helmet.
