Warrant disks were carried by plain clothes policemen, whereas the SS-Heimwehr Danzig was a military formation and would have had no use for such an item.
That alone would be enough.
However, beyond that, the "AMT FÜR SICHERUNGS AUFGABEN" text makes no sense, either; the HWD had no connection to any agency of this name.
Also, Sicherungsaufgaben would be spelled as a single word in German.
Furthermore, the HWD had no Kradschützen unit.
